                  I am looking for a challenging position where I may utilize my skills, and grow with an innovative company.  I started from the ground level right out of Devry, working as a contractor installing equipment in cell sites.  I have been working as a Regional Project Manager for Communication Components Inc. since Sept. 2006, handling the largest territory they have (10 States).

 

                              I managed the first CCI-Cingular, UMTS-RXAIT deployment in Austin Texas, 104 sites.  I managed all activities on the ground including delivery of equipment, logistics, contractor training and deployment, materials for job, and troubleshooting.  Some of the crews working for me were Bechtel, Andrew, CCI Telecom, I3, GNET, Ericsson, TNS, Westower, and others.  This was completed in record time with limited resources as it was just prior to Hurricane Katrina.

 

                            I consistently managed multiple multi-million dollar projects in multiple markets with different customers without an admin, coordinator, CM, PE, etc.  With the challenges of limited support, I was still able to easily make my margins and the customer was completely satisfied with the completed work. 

 

                            I opened regional offices in Seattle Wa, and Pleasanton Ca, including reviewing hundreds of resumes, conducting interviews, real estate walks, orientation and training new employees, provided all tools, materials, vehicles, etc.  Currently I oversee the Pleasanton office and after six months of opening, am making a small profit.

 

                            I am a seasoned manager with a history of success.  I have managed anywhere from a dozen, to close to a hundred employees.  I am self-motivated, enjoy a challenge, and am a sponge.  I learn extremely fast.  I have a great reputation in the Telecom industry and know that the company that I decide to go with will benefit from my abilities and contacts.
